I am delighted to confirm that my beautiful footstool arrived yesterday evening, within the time slot specified. The delivery man ensured that he brought it into the room, unpacked it and asked me to check it thoroughly before he left, taking the packaging with him. It is absolutely super – I love it. The aged leather is just what I anticipated and hoped for, and whilst it is quite a large piece of furniture in a small room, it blends perfectly. I adore it, thank you. It was a big outlay for me but I know it will be with me for the rest of my life.

Sadly, it appears to be rare now that you get good service, from start to finish, and end up purchasing something you are entirely happy with. The Team at The Footstool Workshop have delivered excellent service from start to finish, from quickly remedying the issue of the missing swatches, guiding me when I had to make decisions, to preparing me for the delivery and carefully managing my expectations so that you under promised and over delivered.
